This is my go-to side dish when I’m not feeling very creative in the kitchen and I need to whip up something quick! This dish takes about 35 minutes to make and the potatoes come out perfect every time!
First, preheat your oven to 450 degrees and decide how many potatoes you want to cook. Last night I used four. Slice each potato in half, then into quarters, and then into eighths. They should look like this:
Then, drizzle some olive oil over them…
Sprinkle some salt….
and season with pepper.
Now, pop those suckers in the oven and set the timer for 20 minutes.
When the timer goes off, give them a toss, and put them back in for another 5 minutes.. This time I used butter potatoes. I hadn’t used them before, but I think they may be my new favorite!
